Volunteers are the backbone of Tap Out Depression's mission. Whether you want to help at events, support homeless outreach, or assist with awareness campaigns — your time and energy make a real difference.

Volunteer Opportunities

BJJ Event Volunteer

Help coordinate charity tournaments, awareness seminars, and fundraiser events. Roles include registration, setup, breakdown, and on-site support.

Event-based (4–8 hours per event)

Homeless Outreach Volunteer

Join our outreach team to assemble care kits, distribute meal bags, and connect with community members experiencing homelessness.

Monthly outreach events (2–4 hours)

Awareness Campaign Volunteer

Help spread the word about mental health awareness through social media, community tabling, and outreach materials distribution.
